How To Clean Your Essential Oil Diffuser Plus A Bonus Diffuser Blend

If you’ve been following my channel, you know how much I love essential oils and how essential oils can help you live a more balanced lifestyle. They’re incredible mood boosters and one of the best ways to actually get the benefits of an essential oil is to use a diffuser. But if you’re like me and use your essential oils every day, your diffuser is going to get very dirty.

In this video, I’m going to show you how to clean your essential oil diffuser.

So you’ll notice on the inside of your diffuser you’ll get some build-up and I recommend cleaning your diffuser probably once a week.

You’re going to need:

  • A cloth
  • ½ cup of water
  • 10 drops of white vinegar (White vinegar helps break down the essential oil residue)
  • 2 cotton balls
  • 2 cotton swabs

It’s so simple and so easy to do.

So now that we’ve cleaned our diffuser, I want to give you a quick little recipe to make your home smell very fresh and clean.

Fresh Scent Diffuser Blend

  • Fill up your reservoir with cold water
  • 2 drops Eucalyptus
  • 3 drops of Cedarwood
  • 3 drops of Lemongrass

This is a great combination and your home is going to smell wonderful.
